JDE EnterpriseOne E1 Technical Expert

Position Summary

We are seeking a senior-level JDE Enterprise One (E1) Technical Expert with deep hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Orchestrator-based automations and real-time integrations. The ideal candidate has architected and developed automation workflows in JDE using Orchestrator, RPA tools, Co-Pilot/AI assistants, chatbots, API frameworks, and external mobile or cloud applications.

This role will focus on building and enhancing automation capabilities across finance, supply chain, and operational JDE modules — specifically leveraging JDE Orchestrator to integrate external systems and accelerate real-time business processes.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy JDE E1 Orchestrations, Notifications, Watchlists, and Service Requests for process automation.
• Architect real-time integrations between JDE and external applications (RPA bots, chatbots, AI co-pilot tools, mobile apps, APIs).
• Build reusable orchestration components to streamline and standardize automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing orchestrations for performance, scalability, and stability.

• Implement end-to-end automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms.
• Integrate Orchestrator with cloud services, REST APIs, message queues, and AI-driven tools.

• 5+ years of experience in JDE Enterprise One Technical Development.
• 2+ years hands-on developing JDE E1 Orchestrator solutions (Orchestrations, Service Requests, Rules, Cross References).
• Proven experience integrating JDE with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
• Experience integrating JDE with AI/Co-Pilot tools, chatbots, or workflow automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of JDE tables, BSFNs, C-business functions, UDOs, E1 Pages, AIS Server, and E1 security.
• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web service integrations.
• Ability to design scalable automation architectures and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Strong communication and ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and technical discussions.
• Experience with mobile app integrations into JDE automation workflows.
• Familiarity with JDE E1 9.2 tools release and continuous delivery model.
