• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Cloud Technical Leads (CTL) and SAS Administrator functions related to managed cloud services
• Collaborate with various SAS teams to ensure CTL and SAS Admin values are integrated into market offerings
• Facilitate training and enablement for CTLs and SAS Admins to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Lead the Global CTL and SAS Admin community, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
• Analyze and report on the business value and impact of CTL and SAS Admin functions globally

• 8+ years of experience in managed services delivery, customer success, and/or account management in the software product or IT services industry
• 2+ years of experience working closely with Cloud Tech Leads and/or SAS Administrators
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proven ability to build relationships with leaders at the Director level and above
• Strong analysis, negotiation, collaboration, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Experience with Hyperscale Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of Application and/or Infrastructure Managed Services and ITIL processes
• Familiarity with SAS programming and products, particularly Viya 4, SAS 9, RF&C, and HLS/LSAF platforms
• Foundational cloud certifications across one or more hyperscalers
• Experience in Financial Services, Government, and Life Sciences industries
