Overview

Join Paradox EN as a Learning Experience Designer – a full‑remote role based in French, with optional offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon.

Bridge psychology, storytelling and product design to craft cinematic, AI‑powered learning experiences that transform users.

• Own the learning system architecture, from design to execution.
• Design learning journeys that focus on experience, not just content.
• Script narratives, write copy, and create educational assets such as modules, assessments and reflection prompts.
• Conduct research, analyse data, iterate on courses to maximise transformation and stickiness.
• Build AI agents, prompt chains and adaptive loops that personalize the journey.
• Apply behavioural principles to drive daily practice and retention.

• 3‑6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education).
• Demonstrated delivery of at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
• Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.
• Track record of creating digital learning experiences across video, written articles, assessments, and interactive assets.
• Portfolio of cinematic / narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.

• Craft‑obsessed, do‑er mentality, bias for outcomes.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility.
• User and impact obsessed; focuses on transformation.
• Critical thinker who turns vague problems into clear hypotheses.
• Digital and AI savvy; can build or learn to build AI agents.

French: native. English: fluent, suitable for written and spoken communication.
