Role
Description:
As a Test Automation Engineer II, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions by developing and executing automated testing frameworks. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, QA professionals, and Dev Ops teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and integrate performance testing into the software lifecycle. You’ll design and maintain automated tests across web, API, and integration layers, and help uncover bottlenecks through performance testing with tools like JMeter.
You’ll also mentor junior automation engineers and participate in framework enhancements and code reviews, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions that align with best practices. Qualifications:
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
- 3 or more years of experience in software testing or development, with at least 2 years focused on test automation
- Experience with performance or load testing tools such as JMeter
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Experience automating workflows or integrations in cloud-based environments
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Eggplant
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Experience testing APIs and performing data validation using SQL
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills
