- Analyze the B2B marketing funnel to identify performance trends and drop‑off points
- Develop and refine multi‑touch attribution models to assess channel impact
- Build and maintain projected lifetime value (LTV) models for customer segments and acquisition channels
- Create and manage dashboards for data reporting and visualization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics insights into actionable business recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and CAC
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or Hub Spot
- Previous remote work experience
