What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own the success of revenue tools within the company's revenue stack
  • Conduct deep user research to identify and document seller pain points and tooling needs
  • Draft comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and design artifacts
  • Oversee feature execution and drive usability testing in collaboration with various teams
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business impact and inform roadmap iterations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-8 years of Go-To-Market (GTM) tooling experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Established subject matter expert in GTM tooling with a history of delivering substantial impact
  • Ability to translate complex customer and business problems into clear requirements and solutions
  • Experience leveraging AI to solve high-impact business problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong understanding of sales technology stacks and user experience design principles
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and adoption strategies
  • Familiarity with change management and enablement programs in a sales context
