Job Title: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager (Contract)
Location: Remote (Global Team | HQ in Miami, FL)
Contract: Freelance/Contract to start (with potential for long-term engagement), flexible working arrangement

We’re looking for a seasoned SEO Manager to lead our clients’ organic growth strategies from the ground up. You’ll be the architect of search visibility, owning technical audits, content optimization, link-building, and SEO reporting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics and creativity and enjoys collaborating with both content and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and present actionable recommendations.
• Lead keyword research and mapping for both new and existing content strategies.
• Optimize site structure, page speed, metadata, and on-page elements to drive organic growth.
• Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies including backlink analysis and acquisition.
• Collaborate with developers and content creators to implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related tools.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and lead strategic pivots as needed
• Interface with clients when necessary to explain performance, strategies, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of performance improvements.
• Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like Word Press (Figma experience a plus).
• Excellent communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
• Familiarity with content marketing and the role SEO plays in broader digital strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with comfort working across teams and effectively managing multiple client projects.
