• Collaborate with sales representatives to promote and sell risk management services to clients and partners
• Present technical details and functionalities of anti-fraud products and services to clients
• Respond to complex inquiries regarding functionality, performance, and security of services
• Generate documentation such as scoping documents and statements of work to facilitate project handoff
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and support marketing efforts at industry events

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or pre/post-sales roles within security, fraud, or payments industries
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Proficient in software development using languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C
• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Experience in B2B environments
• Familiarity with CRM technologies and workflow software like Smart Draw or Visio
• Strong consultative skills and ability to understand client needs through active listening
• Knowledge of Internet protocols and server technologies
• Proven ability to deliver compelling client presentations
