As they continue investing in next-generation AI technologies, they are seeking a Technical Lead - AI to guide a talented team and advance the development of machine learning solutions across the company.

Job Title: Technical Lead

Location: Remote - U.S. Based

Salary Range: $130,000 - $135,000

• Oversee and mentor a team of Machine Learning engineers, ensuring the delivery of scalable, production-ready AI systems.
• Establish technical standards and best practices while fostering a culture that balances experimentation with long-term reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into practical, implementable ML initiatives.
• Make informed architectural decisions, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and recommend approaches that align with organizational goals.
• Work closely with leadership to guide AI investments and provide insight into the evolving AI landscape.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, including at least 2 years in a leadership, technical ownership, or team lead role.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Keras) and experience with cloud-based infrastructures (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience coordinating across multiple teams to achieve project objectives.
• Strong ability to define technical strategy, present complex ideas clearly, and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success building collaborative, high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive work environment.
