• Lead the vision and strategy for the Core Planning team, transitioning from traditional agile planning to enterprise-ready fundamentals
• Own the product strategy for work items, creating a unified model that scales across organizations
• Integrate agentic AI functionalities into planning workflows, enhancing automation and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with developer and engineering manager needs
• Define connections between planning processes and business outcomes to facilitate data-driven decision-making

• Experience building or shipping products for SaaS, Dev Ops, or Dev Sec Ops  platforms
• Working knowledge of software development and how development teams operate
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and utilize data for product decisions
• Adaptability to learn quickly in new domains and adjust strategies based on emerging information
• Experience working in distributed or remote environments with strong communication skills

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern planning tools
• Experience in product management or a related role within the software development landscape
• Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and user feedback
• Background in user experience design or product design principles
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a technology environment
