• Promote and sell risk intelligence solutions within an assigned customer base
• Consult with various teams to develop strategies for positioning and enhancing the value of Risk Intelligence solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise during the sales process and assist in technical discovery sessions
• Advise management on customer acceptance and make recommendations for product enhancements based on client feedback
• Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for the Sales team, guiding strategy and overcoming technical objections

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum five years of experience in technology solutions selling, specifically in channel partnership management within the screening industry
• Knowledge of HR services, talent management, and compliance, with expertise in products powered by incarceration data preferred
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with individuals at all organizational levels

• Graduate Degree
• Experience in developing strategies to enhance the value of Risk Intelligence solutions within a customer base
• Advanced proficiency in technical discovery sessions and translating complex business requirements into clear solution specifications
• Ability to craft compelling customer and competitive narratives, especially for channel partners
