Sentara Health is hiring a Manager, Information Technology – Epic Prelude or Epic Cadence – Remote position. This role offers a remote work opportunity for qualified professionals.

• Oversee and manage experienced professionals, providing latitude and independence.
• Organize and manage projects into program or portfolio for resource coordination and scope definition.
• Leverage relationships with leaders across the organization to resolve conflict and issues.
• Manage larger, more complex projects and programs.
• Implement policies and strategy for short‑term results (≤1 year).
• Influence others outside own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects as input to the organization’s IT roadmap.
• General IT work includes analysis, development, and administration of IT Systems Software, Hardware, Databases, Data & Voice Networks, Data Processing Operations, and End User Technology & Software Support.

• 5 years relevant experience with a degree (Required)
• 7 years relevant experience without a degree (Required)

• Epic Prelude or Cadence certification required.

• 7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership experience required.

Base pay range: $ – $. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
