FRAGMENT is looking for designers that are detail oriented, and bring a strong visual eye to systemic user problems.

• Own design problems across touch points, from branding and communications to product strategy and execution
• Work closely with product, leadership, and engineering to craft the product
• Oversee net new product definition from user interviews to design iteration, through implementation
• Bridge the gap between our team's deep fintech expertise and an amazing user experience
• Contribute to and grow our design system in both spec and front end code
• Work in lockstep with a strong team of full stack-engineers
• Help assess, hire, and mentor your future team

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Comfort working across the stack and deep experience in at least one area (UI/UX, backend, or infrastructure)

The salary range for this role is $180-240k.
