Remote/6-Month Contract to Hire

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and analyzing quantitative metrics to measure the success of system changes within Epic Refuel projects. You will report findings to leadership and ensure effective communication of results across departments. The position requires pulling and analyzing data from dashboards, Tableau, and other technologies, developing methodologies for capturing project success metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify necessary system changes.

You will also interview end-users to determine what needs to be measured to drive project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the revenue cycle and Epic systems, with proven experience in report building and analytics.

• Establish quantitative metrics to measure success of system changes throughout Epic Refuel projects and report findings to leadership
• Analyze dashboards and immediate data to set baseline metrics, confirm anticipated outcomes, and assess post-optimization results
• Identify information needed from dashboards and data sources to evaluate project success holistically
• Extract data from dashboards, Tableau, and other technologies to generate project success reports
• Aggregate data and effectively communicate end results to leadership across various impacted departments
• Develop effective methodologies for capturing and reporting metrics to measure project success
• Engage with stakeholders and interview end-users to determine required Epic system changes and success metrics

• Minimum 5 years of experience in report building and analytics
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle end-to-end
• Experience with Epic systems;
  Epic Clarity, HB, or PB certification preferred
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL preferred
• Proven analytical and data skills to pull data, create reports, and present findings
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred
