Job Title: SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Functional Consultant to join our team for a 9-month project. This role involves working on a global, multi-national SAP Commerce (Hybris) implementation for the B2B channel, integrating with SAP ERP (ECC/S/4

HANA), and leading various project phases, from system analysis and design to configuration and deployment. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP Commerce functionalities and agile-based project methodologies.

• Lead the functional design and implementation of SAP Commerce (Hybris) for B2B channel-based projects.
• Drive the configuration and setup of modules such as Backoffice, PCM, WCMS, Cart, Order, User, and OCC APIs.
• Collaborate with SAP ERP (ECC/S/4
  
  HANA) integration teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Commerce and SAP systems.
• Create functional documentation, including system analysis and functional design documents.
• Lead UX design sessions and provide valuable feedback to ensure a user-friendly interface.
• Oversee and actively participate in the hands-on configuration of SAP Commerce (Hybris) for large-scale projects.
• Lead the Agile Scrum-based implementation, creating user stories, requirements documentation, and sprint plans.
• Work independently to run and manage Agile Scrum projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Efficiently interact with multiple organizations to deliver e-commerce projects in a timely and effective manner.
• Support global, multi-national implementations, ensuring successful project delivery across geographies and business units.
• Provide expert-level support to both technical and business teams in the design and implementation of SAP Commerce functionalities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to ensure clarity across teams and stakeholders.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as an SAP Commerce (Hybris) Functional Consultant with at least 1 full lifecycle implementation of SAP Commerce for the B2B channel.
• Modules Expertise: In-depth understanding of SAP Commerce modules including Backoffice, PCM, WCMS, Cart, Order, User, and OCC APIs.
• Integration Experience: Hands-on experience in integrating SAP Commerce with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4
  
  HANA).
• Agile Methodology: Demonstrated ability to work in Agile Scrum projects; ability to create user stories, requirements documentation, and sprint planning.
• Global Experience: At least one global, multi-national SAP Commerce implementation experience.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and facilitate UX design sessions and Agile Scrum sprints.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong team experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of project tasks.
• Configuration Skills: Excellent configuration and analytical skills to perform detailed system analysis and functional design.

• Previous experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) in a large-scale B2B or global setting.
• Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud version updates and new features.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an Agile environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, remote work environment.
