We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our growth.

As a Data Analyst at KYNY Group, you will play a crucial role in providing insightful data analysis to guide our marketing and advertising strategies. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to identify patterns and trends and develop actionable insights to optimize our campaigns. This is a remote position; therefore, you can work from the comfort of your own home.

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of website and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in data analysis to continuously enhance our strategies.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Expertise in data mining, data cleaning, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn large datasets into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for data and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
