Job Summary:

EWOR supports ambitious entrepreneurs in starting and scaling startups. They seek a Biotech Co-Founder / CTO to build and run a biotech startup while receiving personal development and coaching from experienced founders.

Responsibilities:

• Build and run your own startup in biotech or related fields.
• Engage in a personalized development program crafted by unicorn founders, focusing on goal, time, and energy management.
• Receive hiring support through our network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Get coaching to make your startup 'investible' and ready to raise funding.
• Iterate your product until achieving product-market fit and receive support in building sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocating.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
