• Develop and execute an ambitious roadmap for the GLP‑1 prescribing program, focusing on member satisfaction and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with care team and member operations to align business metrics and objectives

• Establish and maintain best practices for tracking progress against corporate and team goals

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
• At least 10 years of combined experience in market/product strategy, product management, consulting, or related fields
• Prior experience in consumer‑grade telehealth or health tech
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong analytical skills and a solid technical understanding

• Experience with user‑centered design practices and methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products from concept to market
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation design
• Passion for leveraging AI/ML to improve user engagement
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster alignment among stakeholders
