Our R&D team applies deep learning and computer vision expertise to cross-disciplinary research from human-computer interaction and bioinformatics to computational finance. We run multiple technology and academic partnerships and expose our research at global events and conferences.

• Experienced with over 6 years in Python and Py Torch
• Proficient in building and optimizing AI models
• Knowledgeable in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision‑Language Models (VLMs), with hands‑on experience in their applications
• Skilled and hands‑on with LLMs and prompting techniques, including Chain‑of‑Thought and Tree‑of‑Thought reasoning, to enhance model performance
• Accustomed to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and programming best practices, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions
• Successful in developing applications with web interfaces or user‑interactive components, with a solid grasp of architecture and functionality
• Skilled in Python backend frameworks like FastAPI, with experience in building efficient and scalable APIs
• Familiar with tools like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and various agentic frameworks for AI development
• Comfortable working with modern software development company operations, including workflows, collaboration, and deployment strategies
• A strong professional, capable of working independently, making decisions, and collaborating in a team‑oriented environment
• A critical thinker and problem‑solver, skilled in analyzing complex AI challenges and devising effective solutions
• Capable of daily communication in English at an upper‑intermediate level (written and spoken)

• Develop innovative agentic AI solutions across diverse applications throughout the SDLC
• Proactively propose and implement emerging technologies, studying and adapting to market needs and industry trends
• Define and execute the technological vision in new research areas by prototyping and developing advanced technological demos
• Coordinate and deliver presentations at external events, including conferences, meetups, and specialized gatherings
• Advise external and internal clients on technologies, solutions, and trends to foster innovation and strategic decision‑making
• Align research fields with business needs, ensuring technological advancements address key industry demands
• Apply proven innovation consulting methodologies to design cutting‑edge technological solutions for customer challenges
• Support business development efforts through marketing, presentations, and presales activities to drive growth and engagement
