Your Mission đAs our Learning Experience Designer, youâll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: âThis didnât just teach me, it changed me.â Each cycle you lead will integrate:
- Protocols â guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and action.
- Loops â adaptive, AIâpowered coaching cycles that evolve with each user.
- Personalization â experiences that feel uniquely theirs, every time.
- AI agents â specialized agents that enhance the journey with actionable insights.
- Learning Experience Architecture â Owns the full learning system, from architecture to execution.
- Design the journey, not just the content and lesson.
- Script learning experiences that engage heart & brain: each word, exercise, soundscape serves transformation, not just knowledge.
- Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem:
Loops, AI agents, protocols, membership. - Craft a premium, highâimpact course experience.
- Craft new courses with experts.
- Coâcraft courses with top performers, translating genius into cinematic, scienceâbased journeys.
- Lead the endâtoâend design of the course: from strategy to final delivery.
- Own scripting, copyâwriting, and creation of educational assets (learning modules, assessments, prompts, etc.)
- Conduct desk and user research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure.
- Craft AI conversations and loops; write & optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow until every exchange feels human & transformative.
- Review conversations with AI to refine agents.
- Analyze, measure, iterate for transformation & stickiness; define KPIs beyond completion.
- Iterate on courses using learner data, feedback, performance metrics.
- Be obsessed with user problems: talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, identify where transformation breaks.
- Apply principles from habit formation, selfâdetermination theory, and behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retention.
- Experience: 3â6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Youâve shipped a major feature or product endâtoâend, showing measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools, Figma.
- Portfolio: One or more cinematic/narrativeârich courses or learning programs (not just corporate training). Show a portfolio.
- Traits: Craftâobsessed, resultsâoriented; strong writing skills; strong aesthetic sensibility; outcomeâobsessed; critical thinker; digital & AI savvy.
- French: native. English: fluent.
