Sub Sub is built to help you grow on You Tube through smarter, data-driven decisions. It offers two powerful modules:
Market Insights and My Performance. Market Insights gives you a view of the broader You Tube landscape and helps track competitors, identify content trends, and optimize strategy. My Performance pulls in data across your own channels with advanced content categorization and in-depth analysis to reveal what’s working.

Sub Sub Analytics combines external market intelligence with internal channel analytics to support creators, agencies, and media companies. Sub Sub is a creator-first product built from real-world needs and experiences.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to build a hypothesis pipeline, run A/B tests, improve onboarding and conversion to paid, and help the team scale Sub Sub’s digital products.

Sub Sub is an official You Tube partner that helps media companies and creators scale, monetize their content, and build sustainable businesses. Our products include:

• You Tube Analytics 360° — a dashboard for deep market insights, audience growth, and performance optimization.
• Fan Funding — a monetization tool based on subscriptions: publish exclusive content, grow your community, and earn a stable income.
• Live — a solution that allows 24/7 streaming of pre-recorded content on You Tube and Facebook.

• Analyze competitors and surface market-change insights to improve products.
• Track trends and opportunities and integrate them into the product.
• Form strong hypotheses, prioritize them, and run A/B tests.
• Dive deep into product analytics to find insights.
• Work with design, marketing, and engineering across the product lifecycle to improve product and financial metrics.

• 2+ years as a Product Manager
• Experience running A/B tests
• Ability to conduct deep market research
• Understanding of business and product metrics and how they relate
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, GA4)
• Autonomy, decisiveness, flexibility, and strategic thinking

We charge a 5% platform fee; creators keep 95% of earnings. Payment processing is handled by Stripe with standard Stripe fees. Sub Sub focuses on simplicity and fairness.
