C++ Engineer - Options Trading

We trade on more than 80 exchanges and offer market‑making, options, high‑frequency, OTC, and DeFi desks. We are pioneers in adopting Rust for algorithmic trading and drive growth through our Accelerator Program.

We are looking for a Rust or C++ Engineer with extensive high‑frequency trading system experience to join our Options Business Unit. The role involves building and improving a low‑latency options trading system, working across a fully remote, asynchronous engineering team. Ideal candidates are located in Asian or European time zones and are willing to become experts in Rust if not already proficient.

• Strong systems architecture experience with scalable, extendable APIs.
• Experience with low‑latency and/or option trading highly valued.
• Ability to collaborate within a globally remote team.
• Pragmatic problem‑solving with iterative cycles, balancing business needs with long‑term technical vision.
• Full ownership from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Operational mindset with understanding of infrastructure and deployments.
• Expertise in low‑latency or data‑heavy trading systems (5+ years).
• Proficiency with Rust and/or C/C++.
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing or equivalent functional testing approaches.
• Knowledge or strong interest in options trading.
• Experience with exchange connectivity or FPGA technologies valuable.
