Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you’ll contribute to our mission by leading digital transformation initiatives within the Master Data department. You’ll modernise internal communication systems, consolidate knowledge resources into intuitive digital platforms, and empower teams through comprehensive Microsoft 365 training programmes, directly enhancing operational efficiency and collaboration across the organisation.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

• Consolidate and migrate historical and current documents into a unified digital system whilst creating intuitive and searchable navigation structures.
• Eliminate information silos and improve document accessibility across the Master Data department.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes for the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint and One Drive.
• Develop training materials such as guides, video tutorials and documentation to support digital adoption.
• Audit existing folder structures and document management systems to implement data governance protocols and retention policies.
• Build and maintain the MINA intranet portal, featuring project showcases, team updates and resource libraries.
• Integrate social collaboration tools to enhance team engagement and modernise internal communication systems.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Informations Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with change management or training delivery (preferred).
• Currently enrolled in a University degree programme in The Netherlands.
• Availability from February for 5-6 months.
