Lead Data Analist

As Lead Data Analyst, you can make our marketing more effective by utilizing data to improve campaigns. You will guide and develop a team of marketing data starters and experts, ensuring data quality and impactful interpretation of metrics. Your responsibilities include reviewing team members, developing them professionally and personally, and working on projects to enhance campaign performance. You will also be involved in impact calculations, data quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.

• Guiding and coaching a team of marketing data enthusiasts.
• Working with terabytes of customer behavior data.
• Setting up efficient data processes.
• Staying updated on data, marketing measurement, and technology.
• Monitoring experiments to optimize results.
• Utilizing tools like dbt, Python, Airflow, and Big Query.
• Presenting plans, ideas, and roadmaps to stakeholders.

• University degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, Economy, or Business Information Management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing analysis or data role.
• Experience in coaching team members technically and personally.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R. Knowledge of dbt, Looker, or Airflow is a plus.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, residing in the Netherlands.
