AI Creative Technologist (Remote)

Monks is looking for a visionary Creative AI Technologist to drive our cutting‑edge content strategy and content creation. In this hybrid role you will combine deep technical expertise with a passion for storytelling to bridge emerging AI developments and engaging social media content. Your work will keep our platforms ahead of the curve and help educate both internal teams and the external AI‑enthusiast community.

• Technical foresight & landscape analysis:
  Monitor developments from Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI leaders to anticipate upcoming features and offer strategic insights.
• Advanced content creation & prototyping:
  Produce compelling social posts for X and Instagram, craft prompts, and experiment with APIs to generate images, videos and copy.
• Internal training & enablement:
  Serve as the go‑to AI expert, delivering training sessions to creative, strategy and design teams.
• Playbook development & documentation:
  Build comprehensive playbooks for integrating AI tools, including the Google Workspace suite, across strategy, creative and operations.
• Education & demystification:
  Translate complex AI concepts into accessible external content, breaking down prompts and technical details.
• Client‑facing engagement:
  Provide consultative support to clients, helping them harness AI tools and develop efficient prompting strategies.

• Technical proficiency:
  Proven coding experience and hands‑on familiarity with AI/ML APIs.
• Master of prompts & ecosystems:
  Expert at extracting extraordinary results from generative AI tools and staying current on LLM advancements.
• Natural trainer and explainer:
  Capable of simplifying technical concepts and documenting processes with enthusiasm.
• Social savvy:
  Deep understanding of the AI enthusiast community on X and the ability to advise copywriters on trend‑relevant content.
• Creative problem‑solver:
  Passionate about leveraging new technology, building internal tools and optimizing workflows.

Compensation range: $120,000—$130,000 USD. The final salary will be determined based on job‑related factors and not on protected status.

This role is subject to our Return‑to‑Office (RTO) policy. If you live within commuting distance of a Monks office, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week per current RTO policy.
