Middleware Lab Manager

Our client is seeking a highly qualified individual to provide leadership on this project and serve as a member of the managerial team.

• Experience with Roche Navify Lab Operations medical device middleware solutions is a must.
• Proven leadership experience in Laboratory Information System across all stages of clinical software implementation.
• Managerial experience in leading a team of resources, including both onsite and remote consultants.
• Ability to develop detailed work plans and coordinate tasks and resources within the plan.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cerner – Path Net build and medical device integrations with Oracle Phoenix and iBUS integrations.
• Experience with Roche Navify Lab Operations or Sysmex Care Sphere medical device middleware solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically in leading large-scale laboratory implementation projects.
• Proficiency in laboratory automation and middleware solutions, including Data Innovation Instrument Manager.
• Experience integrating third-party applications with Epic Beaker.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Laboratory IT and operational teams to translate clinical requirements into software specifications.
• Clinical Laboratory Certification.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
