At Paradox, we are building an operating system for greatness that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation. You will design learning experiences that feel cinematic, human, and transformative, turning our ecosystem into beautifully orchestrated learning arcs.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full learning architecture, from strategy to execution.
- Design learning journeys, not just content, ensuring engagement, transformation, and scalability.
- Script immersive learning experiences: modules, assessments, reflections, and prompts.
- Develop AI-powered coaching cycles (agents, loops) that personalize and evolve with users.
- Conduct user research, iterate based on learner data, and measure impact with transformation KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, tech, coaching) to co‑create premium course experiences.
- Write and refine prompt chains for AI conversations, ensuring they feel human and transformative.
- Apply behavioral science principles (habit formation, self‑determination, triggers) to drive daily practice and retention.
- 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education).
- Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
- Comfortable with AI tools, Figma, and digital learning asset production.
- Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.
- Strong writing, aesthetic sensibility, and outcome‑focused mindset.
- Critical thinker who reframes vague problems into clear hypotheses.
- Experience building AI agents or a demonstrated willingness to learn them.
- Fluent in French (native) and fluent in English.
