Paradox – Learning Experience Designer (AI X EdTech)

As a Learning Experience Designer at Paradox, you will blend psychology, storytelling, and product design to create cinematic, science‑backed learning experiences that transform users. You’ll own the full learning arc—from concept and architecture to execution and continuous improvement—utilizing AI personalization, adaptive coaching cycles, and deep behavioral insights.
Key Responsibilities- Own Learning Experience Architecture: design the system, journey, and modules that support the OS for Greatness.
- Script immersive learning experiences that engage both heart and brain.
- Lead end‑to‑end design of courses: strategy, content, AI conversations, and assets.
- Conduct research to learner personas, curriculum structure, and optimal instructional design.
- Build AI‑driven loops and prompt chains; refine tone, flow, and impact.
- Define and monitor transformation KPIs, iterate based on data, and champion user‑centered improvement.
- 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education).
- Proven record of shipping a major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable impact.
- Fluent in French (native) and English (‑level; written communication in English).
- Comfortable with AI tools and Figma; ability to prototype and refine rapidly.
- Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.
- Craft‑obsessed, outcome‑focused, and willing to go beyond 9‑5 to deliver high‑impact work.
- Strong writing and editorial skills; capable of producing compelling instructional content.
- Aesthetic sensibility and an eye for design details.
- User‑ and impact‑obsessed: thinking in transformation outcomes, not just outputs.
- Critical thinker who turns vague problems into clear hypotheses and backs decisions with data.
- Digital and AI savvy: ability to build or learn to build AI agents.
