We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of key strategic customer engagements at Tribe AI. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Tribe's high standards of quality. This client-facing role requires strong product and delivery expertise to manage complex AI projects, from inception to successful completion.

You will play a crucial role in translating client needs into actionable project plans, overseeing the execution of cutting-edge AI solutions, and fostering strong client relationships. Your ability to navigate the intricacies of AI project life cycles, coupled with your strategic mindset, will be key in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients while contributing to Tribe's growth and delivery excellence.

• Drive project scoping, planning, and execution of key customer engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Tribe's delivery standards.
• Manage executive client relationships, serving as the key point of contact and escalation point. Ensure that client's strategic objectives are met and services are delivered in accordance with expectations.
• Identify, assess, and manage delivery risks and issues, ensuring they are mitigated or escalated as necessary.
• Drive resource allocation and optimization across your project teams, leveraging Tribe's unique network of specialized AI talent.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Leverage your experience and learnings to contribute to the continuous improvement of Tribe's delivery framework and methodologies.
• Oversee project margins and financial health while maintaining delivery excellence, balancing business objectives with client outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, KPIs, and strategic insights to both internal stakeholders and clients.

• 5+ years of consulting and delivery experience, with a focus on technical or AI-related projects.
• Strong track record managing large-scale technical projects and teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of AI project lifecycle and delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches to meet unique project needs.
• Experience managing complex client relationships at the executive level, with excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business objectives, ensuring both client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Proven ability to build and scale delivery processes, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Experience managing distributed teams and contractor work forces, aligning with Tribe's unique talent model.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate the challenges of cutting-edge AI projects.
