PeopleSoft Systems Analyst; Remote Position

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced People Soft Systems Analyst with 8+ years of functional and technical expertise supporting People Soft FSCM 9.2, specifically the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills and be capable of working independently while collaborating within large, distributed Agile teams. This role requires a hands-on analyst who can perform requirement analysis, system testing, and end-to-end implementation of People Soft financial modules and interfaces.

• Analyze business objectives, requirements, and problems to recommend system solutions that improve processes and automation.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, perform cost/benefit evaluations, and document system specifications, procedures, and business rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Evaluate existing system capabilities and limitations to determine feasibility of system modifications and enhancements.
• Develop detailed documentation of program functions, workflows, and user requirements.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing involving legacy, People Soft, and third-party systems.
• Support data mapping, migration, and validation between People Soft and interface systems.
• Participate in UAT, training, and deployment activities, ensuring adherence to agency standards and procedures.
• Work closely with developers, functional analysts, and technical teams throughout all phases of the SDLC.
• Provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and documentation updates as required.
