Are you a skilled System Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced Managed Services environment? We’re looking for a motivated and versatile IT professional to provide dedicated onsite and remote support for one of our long-standing enterprise clients in New York City
.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work, client interaction, and problem-solving across a broad range of technologies. You’ll be part of a trusted MSP team supporting a well-established client relationship that spans two decades.

• Deliver daily technical support to end users onsite and remotely.
• Manage Active Directory (user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and Office 365 sync).
• Support Office 365
  , Share Point , and One Drive integrations.
• Provide basic administration for Azure Virtual Desktops
  .
• Set up and maintain Windows desktops, software deployments, and mobile devices.
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco VoIP systems (Unity),
  NVR/DVR camera systems
  , and user profiles on AS400
  .
• Support custom applications such as Crystal Reports
  , Bar Tender
  , and SQL
  .
• Assist with FTP/SFTP connections and inventory data feeds.

• 3+ years of IT support experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or similar client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS
  , Active Directory
  , Office 365
  , and Azure environments.
• Familiarity with Mac OS and iOS support.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset—someone who enjoys helping others succeed.
