We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Extend Senior Developer to lead end‑to‑end development of scalable Workday Extend applications. You will guide a team of consultants, design solutions, engage with clients and shape project direction.

• Leading and owning the end‑to‑end development lifecycle across one or more client projects.
• Designing application architecture in alignment with business needs and Workday best practices.
• Managing and mentoring a team of Workday Extend consultants.
• Working closely with clients to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.
• Overseeing implementation, deployment, and ongoing support of Extend applications.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support long‑term success.

As an Incubane consultant, you will manage your own day, meeting objectives and client demands. Your team may be a mix of on‑site and remote members using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system.

Remote work from home, communicating effectively in English, explaining complex concepts, aligning HR / business knowledge with Workday functionality, and proactive process improvements.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Workday Extend applications.
• A minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in SOAP and REST web services.
• Proficiency in object‑oriented programming.
• Experience designing applications to solve business and technical challenges.
• Workday Extend active certification.
• Experience developing and coding within an agile environment.
• Extensive experience leading large IT projects.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent customer focus and strong communication skills.
• Broad business and technology understanding.
• Capability to lead remote teams.
• Awareness of confidentiality and nondisclosure policies.
• English B2 proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
• People management experience.
• BoW product development experience.
• Expertise in product development with AI.

As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in Poland, United Kingdom, or Netherlands so long as you are authorised to work without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
