Join Crowd Strike, a global leader in cybersecurity. We are looking for a Senior Consultant who is fluent in both Spanish and English to help protect our customers from advanced threats.

Crowd Strike’s Strategic Advisory Services team assists customers with proactive engagements to improve security programs, educate employees, and develop tailored cyber initiatives. The Consultant contributes to engagement delivery, focusing on task-oriented activities, reporting, and supporting engagement leadership to keep projects on time and to the highest standards. Consultants also contribute to thought leadership, methodology development, and other behind‑the‑scenes tasks.

• Contribute to the delivery of large and complex strategic advisory engagements, engaging with management‑level individuals across a wide range of industry segments.
• Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs proactively to mature the security posture of organizations before incidents occur.
• Develop cutting‑edge scenarios to help customers exercise their full range of response capabilities.
• Produce high‑quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings for customer management.
• Identify and address emerging trends in cybersecurity, drawing on both government and private sector perspectives.
• Contribute thought leadership and experiences to internal programs and teams.

Successful candidates will have 2‑6 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• IT / Security Management Consulting – leadership positions owning relationships with executives, working on technical and operational cyber security.
• Security Program Development – designing, managing, and implementing security programs, SOCs, CSIRTs, Fusion Centers or other initiatives.
• Security Analysis / Operations – leadership or key delivery roles in SOCs, IR teams, or similar.
• Business Strategy / Risk Analysis – experience developing and applying risk frameworks to address cyber risks.
• Cybersecurity Policy – developing or enhancing policies, plans, or playbooks and translating them into practice.
• Public / Government Affairs – experience working with government organizations to refine cyber security priorities.

Additionally, all candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a wide range of customers and team members.
• Capability to complete complex tasks involving strategic analysis and development independently.
• Desire to grow and expand cyber aptitude, technical awareness, and soft skills.
• Strong time‑management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Consistent positive work environment and attitude.
• Ability to travel to engage with clients up to 30% of the time, often with less than three weeks’ notice.

We seek a combination of training and skills. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline is preferred but not required. Master’s degrees are considered. Applicants without a degree but with relevant military or work experience and training will be considered.
