About the Role:As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be one of the earliest sales hires, responsible for driving revenue growth by building the enterprise business from the ground up. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation and outreach to deal strategy, negotiation, and close — while navigating long, complex sales processes with some of the largest and most sophisticated enterprises in the world.
Report to the VP of Revenue
Own the full enterprise sales cycle: from prospecting new logos through qualification and technical discovery to solution design, contract negotiation, and close
Forge meaningful relationships with senior executives (CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO) across Fortune 500s, major financial institutions, and forward-looking tech firms
Explore and define new verticals and lines of business — you’ll enter uncharted territory, map out high-value opportunities, and help shape the enterprise motion at Turnkey
Translate highly technical infrastructure (APIs, key management, embedded wallets, security models) into business value — helping customers understand how Turnkey becomes mission-critical for their digital infrastructure
Partner with founders, product, engineering, legal, and risk teams internally — your market and customer insights will help shape the product roadmap and GTM strategy
Represent Turnkey externally at industry events, conferences, and through strategic networks — you are the market face for enterprise opportunities
About You:You’re a trailblazer who thrives in uncharted territory — exploring new markets, launching innovative business lines, and connecting with senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies, top financial institutions, and leading tech firms.
Crypto, fintech, or security infrastructure background preferred
8+ years of enterprise sales experience, including proven success in building net-new business in complex technical sales
Strong track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles
Ability to engage credibly with both technical teams (developers, security engineers) and business leaders (C-suite, finance)
Experience selling APIs, infrastructure, or highly technical SaaS products preferred
Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build systems from scratch
Exceptional executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams
Experience at a high-growth startup or scaling a new vertical within a larger organization
Technical proficiency and curiosity about developer tools, APIs, or cryptography preferred
