• Support and eventually lead the design and configuration of solutions within SAP S/4
  
  HANA Service and Extended Service Parts Planning (eSPP)
• Design and implement solutions for Service orders, repair and return flows, preventive maintenance as well as parts and labor billing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth integration with logistics, MM, SD, and FI modules
• Provide guidance on the transition to SAP S/4
  
  HANA Service from legacy CS processes
• Drive customer workshops and work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather and align requirements
• Support all implementation phases: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare
• Take an active role in internal knowledge development around SAP Service, especially in emerging use cases for-based devices
• Work closely with nearshore/offshore resources and 3rd party partners, ensuring solution integrity and alignment

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CS / S/4
  
  HANA Service (Customer Service / Service Management), preferably with S/4
  
  HANA-specific knowledge
• Experience in repair order management, service contracts, warranty, and preventive maintenance
• Experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) or Extended Service Parts Planning (eSPP) is a plus
• Strong understanding of integration points with SAP SD, MM, WM/EWM, and FI
• Familiarity with data models for service orders, service billing, and installed base management
• Proficiency in S/4
  
  HANA Service and a solid understanding of the evolution from ECC CS to S/4
  
  HANA
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to lead workshops, deliver training, and support change management activities
