• Manage current Service Cloud and Sales Cloud environments and assist with the vision for new Salesforce solutions
• Lead a team of internal and external Salesforce developers and administrators
• Oversee Salesforce integrations and administration while conducting business and functional analysis
• Develop custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, and workflows
• Assist in the training of new and existing users on Salesforce functionality

• Over 9 years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce lead and architect supporting over 500 users at an enterprise level
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Communities
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Visualforce, Apex fundamentals, and Lightning framework
• Proven experience in Salesforce API integration and writing Apex Triggers
• Excellent technical and communication skills to interface with stakeholders effectively

• Experience leading teams and solving complex business and systems problems
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
