What You'll Be Doing Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Serve as the first point of contact for engineers, clients, and field teams facing technical issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system‑related issues in engineering applications.
  • Provide remote support via email, chat, and video calls, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions.
System Administration & Maintenance
  • Support engineering software, CAD applications, remote monitoring systems, and project management tools.
  • Assist in managing cloud‑based platforms, network configurations, and IT security protocols.
  • Perform system updates, patch installations, and performance optimizations.
  • Monitor engineering systems, network connectivity, and cloud‑based infrastructures to detect potential issues.
  • Proactively address system failures, ensuring zero downtime for critical operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement automation and preventive maintenance solutions.
Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Create technical documentation, support guides, and troubleshooting FAQs.
  • Recommend improvements to support processes and implement better helpdesk workflows.
  • Train internal teams on best practices for system usage and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with project engineers, IT specialists, and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to non‑technical team members.
  • Assist customers and field engineers with remote installations, software setups, and equipment configurations.
What We are Looking For Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk engineering, or IT support.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, or other engineering applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud‑based platforms, remote desktop tools, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with IoT‑based monitoring systems, construction technology, or project management software is a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
