About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our fast-growing team. You'll work directly with our Senior Operations Manager as a strategic partner—diving into data, surfacing optimization opportunities, and driving high-impact projects across lifecycle marketing, user research, and engagement initiatives. This role requires versatility and comfort with ambiguity: you'll context-switch frequently between analytical deep dives, building new processes, and managing ad-hoc strategic requests as we scale.

What you'll do:- Engagement initiatives: Lead projects that drive user activation, retention, and satisfaction across our product ecosystem
- Lifecycle marketing optimization: Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements to email, push, and SMS programs
- User research program management: Design and execute research initiatives to surface actionable user insights that inform product and marketing decisions
- Data analysis and reporting: Write SQL queries to track business metrics, cohort behavior, and marketing ROI; translate findings into clear recommendations
- Process development: Build and scale operational workflows that support rapid growth and new product launches
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align operations with strategic priorities
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategic finance, or similar generalist roles at a tech company
- Strong analytical foundation
– comfortable diving into data, identifying patterns, and translating insights into strategy. - Strong communication and storytelling ability
. You can distill complex data into clear, actionable recommendations - Bias for action and comfortable working in ambiguity
. You don't wait for perfect information - Strong proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets / Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to increase productivity and output quality
- Fintech or startup experience: You've worked in high-growth environments
- Marketing strategy background: Understanding of lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and retention metrics
- Technical depth: Experience with Looker and Braze marketing
- Strategic thinking: You naturally ask "why" and "what if", not just "what happened"
