• Automation of patching and vulnerability:
  Contribute to the implementation of automated patching and vulnerability mechanism by using Blade Logic automation platform and act as a SPOC for these Business Functions
• Internal tools development:
  Develop APIs and interfaces to collect data from different data sources
• Test Scripts development:
  Implement various test criteria using scripting/programming languages
• Operational Life Cycle activities:
  Implement various test criteria and provide reports of the activities performed

• Strong practical Windows‑based systems administration skills
• Windows patching knowledge
• Good knowledge of BMC Blade logic Server Automation Suite (Compliance & Reporting)
• Technical knowledge in Operating Systems administration (Unix/Linux), network protocols and middleware
• Experience in Stand‑Alone / Clusters, Microsoft Cluster Services (MSCS), Cluster Administrator, Active directory services servers, Hardware installation concept of RAID, Storage concept
• Extensive knowledge of shell scripting skills (e.g. java script, powershell, VBScript, powercli, bash, Perl)
• Good knowledge of VMware, Microsoft Active Directory, WSUS
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking
• Well‑developed understanding of IT Operations and IT Cloud Computing with an emphasis on vulnerability assessment, security patching and hardening
• Technical knowledge in network security, operating system security, application‑layer security
• Strong quality focused mind‑set and practical experience (e.g. ITIL Quality Lifecycle model)
• Fluent English (minimum level required: B2)
• Adapt level of communication to various stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Oracle Database, RMAN, RAC
• Good knowledge of SQL databases
• ITILv3 Service management
• Experience on using Remedy
• Putting customers first
