Seaman Corporation is seeking a Strategic Accounts Technical Representative to join our Commercial team! This position will report to the Senior Strategic Accounts Technical Representative.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides technical support for Strategic Business Account projects, interacting with customers such as Authorized Fiber Tite Applicators, General Contractors, building owners, architects, engineers, and roofing consultants. This position will handle both international and domestic projects, collaborating with local Fiber Tite Technical Representatives to ensure successful outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinating technical support for Strategic Projects or portfolio of projects based on region or Strategic Account needs.
- Conduct in-progress roof site visits to monitor installation quality, ensure adherence to roofing practices and specifications, and address any issues or concerns during installation.
- Provide ongoing communication regarding project status and assist the Strategic Account Project Manager and team with issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Owner Representatives, General Contractors, Architects, Consultants to address and resolve project related issues.
- Offer technical assistance to Fiber Tite Strategic accounts and technical team as needed.
- Work closely with local Fiber Tite Technical Representatives to ensure project needs are met.
- Train Seaman Corporation’s Authorized Applicators, and FTR associates, on the correct use and installation of Fiber Tite products and roofing systems.
- Conduct final inspections of Fiber Tite Roof System installations to confirm compliance with technical and warranty requirements per Fiber Tite guidelines.
- Support Strategic Account Business Development Managers and sales teams with technical assistance with their sales efforts.
- Investigate warranty claim issues, including performing necessary repairs as directed by Fiber Tite Warranty Services.
- Adhere to company expense and vehicle policies.
- Follow all environmental, safety, and company guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Maintain consistent communication with Fiber Tite Technical Services team to ensure project coordination and knowledge sharing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
