Epic Cogito Analyst, III

One of Insight Global’s customers is looking to onboard an Epic Cogito Analyst, III to their team. This role focuses on advanced data analytics, reporting, and administration within Epic’s Cogito suite. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of revenue data models, and excellent customer service skills. They will provide application support for Epic Cogito tools, including managing tickets for medical and dental systems, build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Epic tools such as Slicer Dicer and Workbench, and manage ETL processes and ensure accurate data flow from Epic into the Data Warehouse.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Epic Cogito analytics and administration.
• Expertise in Epic revenue data models and Patient Access workflows.
• Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
• Hands‑on experience with Slicer Dicer, Workbench, and dashboard management.
• Technical proficiency in Cogito Admin tasks, ETL processes, and data warehouse integration.
• Solid understanding of financial data and revenue reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with all Epic Cogito tools and new functionalities such as Cogito Cloud.
• Experience with Community Connect.
• Exposure to BI reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
