• Salary up to $153,600 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary

• Lead the development of simulation and virtual commissioning models for clients
• Represent the employer at industry events to enhance visibility and awareness
• Manage client engagement development backlog and assign tasks to junior engineers
• Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance
• Provide client support including troubleshooting, software upgrades, and enhancements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a relevant field
• Experience with Agile or similar project methodologies

• Experience in implementing and deploying scalable simulation and emulation technology
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or .NET
• Familiarity with Emulate3D, Sim3D/Demo3D, or equivalent industrial standard simulation software
• Experience in conducting technical evaluations of client infrastructure
• Knowledge of integrating emulation software with soft and physical controllers
