We’ve built one of the most powerful creator growth engines in the industry and we’re looking for a performance Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to help scale it. You’ll turn creators into a measurable acquisition channel, working with top talent across You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, X, and Linked In, and translating their content into real revenue impact. You’ll lead a small, high-calibre team, shape the strategy across influencer and affiliate, and plug directly into VEED’s rapid AI launch cycle (weekly, and sometimes even daily).

• Own the Performance Strategy (Influencer + Affiliate)
• Build and lead the full growth strategy for creator and affiliate channels.
• Set KPIs, forecasts, pacing, and budgets across platforms.
• Ensure alignment with product launches, GTM priorities, and VEED’s fast AI rollout cadence.
• Lead & Develop the Team
• Manage 2–3 (remote) specialists across influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Set targets, guide execution, and build a culture of speed, experimentation, and data-led decision making.
• Maintain high operational discipline across processes, reporting, and workflows.
• Run High-Scale Influencer Marketing
• Own creator partnerships end-to-end across You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, X, and Linked In.
• Lead sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefs, contracting, usage rights, and final approvals.
• Review creator lists for fit, performance potential, audience alignment, and ROI.
• Build SEO-informed briefs for product launches and ongoing campaigns.
• Drive Channel Performance & Reporting
• Track daily/weekly performance across spend, CAC, ROAS, pacing, and conversions.
• Partner with Data on attribution, MMM inputs, and monthly analysis.
• Deliver monthly reporting and actionable insights to evolve channel performance.
• Oversee the Affiliate Engine
• Review incentive proposals and paid placements from the Affiliate Specialist.
• Define commission structures and maintain channel profitability.
• Support partner onboarding and identify high-value new affiliates.
• Monitor for violations (brand bidding, ad hijacks) and action quickly.
• Scale VEED’s Ambassador & Creator Community
• Own strategy, budget, and performance for the launch of the VEED Ambassador Program.
• Oversee rewards, monthly credits, challenges, and incentives.
• Build a cadence of day-to-day community engagement.

• A marketer who blends performance rigor with a deep understanding of creators and platform culture.
• Deep comfort with data: CAC, ROAS, pacing, forecasting, MMM inputs.
• Strong instincts for creator economy trends and platform shifts.
• Operates with speed, clarity, and adaptability; you thrive in fast cycles.
• A strong operator: tight budgets, clean tracking, crisp reporting.
• A team leader who gives direction, coaches clearly, and unblocks quickly.
• Comfortable with utilising AI to drive workflow efficiency and scalability.
