• Launch multi‑channel monetization campaigns to convert free users to paid customers
• Monitor campaign performance and summarize key takeaways for leadership and stakeholders
• Drive clarity by documenting next steps and ensuring initiatives stay on track
• Partner with Growth and Analytics to interpret data and identify trends for new campaigns
• Collaborate with Product Growth to launch A/B tests and translate results into actionable recommendations

• 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, or marketing analytics in a product‑led organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and dashboards
• Proven ability to support cross‑functional projects and follow through to completion
• Deeply customer‑centric approach, driving results while prioritizing customer experience
• Comfort in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders

• Experience with documentation and systems that enhance team efficiency
• Curiosity and initiative to proactively seek answers and solutions
