• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how AI can be monitored and secured.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements.
• Support customers during proof‑of‑concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value.
• Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with a global team in our remote‑first environment, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones.

• Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions.
• AI & LLM Knowledge
  • Understanding of AI/LLMs, foundation models, common model vendors, and business use cases for AI.
  • Knowledge of training methods, fine‑tuning, and RAG application architectures.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, tool usage, and MCP.
• AI Security Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of prompt injection and related LLM vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of PII leakage, data & model poisoning, model tampering, extraction, and supply‑chain risks.
  • Risk mitigation best practices and familiarity with OWASP top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks.
• Cloud & Dev Ops Knowledge
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE, Helm, Docker, and secret management.
  • Ability to explain IAM policies, storage, and ingress requirements for each model.
• Programming & API Integration Experience
  • Knowledge of APIs, HTTP request/response structure, and token‑based authentication.
  • Ability to build scripts and integrations with REST APIs in at least one supported language (Python, Node.js, etc.).
  • Experience with request shaping, authentication, and error handling.
• Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Skilled at conveying complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences, conducting product demonstrations, and writing architecture proposals.
• Edge Deployment (Nice to Have)
  • Containerization and Docker knowledge.
  • Kubernetes and orchestration expertise.
  • Experience with cloud provider tools, Terraform, Helm chart deployment, and IAM.
  • Moderate Dev Ops troubleshooting skills.
• Sales Engineering & Professional Services
  • Background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support; ability to engage technical and business audiences.
  • Proven success working in distributed, remote‑first environments.
  • Compassionate, proactive, teamwork‑oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR is a significant bonus.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling is ideal.
  • Ability to adapt, thrive, and excel in a fast‑moving, nimble environment.
  • Comfortable in a team‑selling environment with close collaboration across Crowd Strike sales organization.
  • Consultative sales approach, ability to challenge businesses to think differently.
  • Strong evangelizing of technology and new account acquisition with hunting mindset.
