Senior Guidewire Policy Center Developer responsible for leading end-to-end Policy Center implementations with a strong focus on APD, Rating Engine, and Guidewire Cloud. The role involves building scalable product models, implementing complex rating logic, guiding cloud modernization, and collaborating across actuarial, product, technology, and operations teams.

• Design, configure, and implement Guidewire Policy Center for multiple P&C insurance products.
• Build advanced product hierarchies, coverages, terms, modifiers, and templates using APD.
• Implement complex rating logic in Rating Engine, including rate tables, routines, and actuarial-driven logic.
• Translate rating and regulatory requirements across APD, Rating Engine, UI, and workflows.
• Configure and extend Policy Center UI, workflows, rules, job flows, and integrations.
• Lead cloud migration/modernization using Guidewire Cloud SaaS, deployments, CI/CD, and cloud monitoring.
• Integrate Policy Center with billing, claims, data, and cloud services (REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns).
• Mentor developers on APD, rating, cloud implementation, and Policy Center best practices.
• Oversee code reviews and enforce technical and cloud-readiness standards.
• Troubleshoot production, rating, product model, and cloud-platform issues.
• Support Agile planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, configuration maps, and cloud runbooks.

• Expertise in Guidewire Policy Center (config, integration).
• Strong hands-on experience with APD (product model, terms, modifiers, templates).
• Advanced skills in Policy Center Rating Engine (rate books, tables, routines, pricing logic).
• Strong Gosu programming and Guidewire Studio abilities.
• Experience implementing Policy Center in Guidewire Cloud (SaaS), cloud pipelines, and operations.
• Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP, XAPI, messaging, batch).
• P&C insurance domain and rating/underwriting knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering;
  Guidewire and Cloud certifications preferred.

Guidewire Cloud, APD, and Rating Engine experience strongly emphasized; leadership experience preferred.

Senior Guidewire Policy Center Developer with strong APD, rating, and cloud migration expertise, capable of leading enterprise-level Policy Center implementations and mentoring technical teams.
