As a Code Pilot, you’ll be our customers’ first line of technical support and a trusted companion when things get turbulent. You’ll troubleshoot issues, assist with core database administrative tasks, and make sure our clinical partners have what they need to do their life‑saving work without delay.

Working alongside your Wingmates, and Airboss & Aces (your teammates), you’ll build experience that can launch you into a Tech Viper role handling advanced troubleshooting and high‑impact projects.

• Provide level one technical support for hospitals using Mach7’s Enterprise Imaging Solution.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalat[e] when needed.
• Document solutions and share knowledge to help the entire crew work smarter.
• Communicate clearly and calmly with customers, even in high‑pressure situations.
• Work closely with your Flight Crew to make sure health care providers stay up and running 24/7.
• Learn and grow your knowledge of our systems, databases, and imaging technologies.

• You’re curious, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• You have familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server or similar).
• You love solving problems and helping people.
• You thrive in a collaborative team environment and communicate well under pressure.
• You prefer to work in a flexible, hybrid environment as part of a supportive crew, with freedom to do your best work from home.

• Experience with PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging systems
• Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, or other healthcare data standards
• Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform experience
