We are looking for outstanding consultants to join us, grow with us, and develop our Success Factors team, while delivering against our strategy through large‑scale transformation programmes.

As the People practice grows, we are looking for Solution Leads with experience in designing processes, configuring the solution and technically integrating/data migrating in Success Factors.

What will you be doing? Leadership & Management:
  • Able to independently lead and manage one or more functional work streams, including managing small to medium‑sized combined onshore and offshore delivery teams
  • Experienced with working collaboratively with clients and leading them along the journey through a finance transformation
  • Experience working effectively with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior business stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational and client collaboration skills
  • Strong presentation skills and able to positively influence client and internal stakeholders, including supporting ongoing opportunity pursuits and presenting at client orals
Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:
  • Well‑versed with project management and governance, including management of project plans, status reports, issues, risks, assumptions and scope
  • Experience presenting solution position papers and points of view to client forums such as a Design Authority
What will you need to do it?

Our candidates should have strong commercial acumen, a hunger to learn and develop, and be able to thrive in a fast‑paced working environment.

  • Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills with well‑developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information
  • Experience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment, preferably in more than one sector
  • Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills
  • An awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:
  • Certifications in multiple SAP Modules
