ServiceNow Developer

As a Service Now Developer you will be able to design, develop, implement, and maintain applications and integrations within the Service Now platform. A Service Now developer is responsible for leveraging their technical expertise to automate workflows, improve business processes, and optimize the organization’s use of Service Now.

• Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications and modules.
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Service Now with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Maintain and optimize existing Service Now implementations.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Interest in learning Service Now platform features and scripting.
• Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies (academic or internship experience is welcome).
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus or willingness to obtain it
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
