Core Responsibilities
  • Lead workshops and advise clients on best practices for solution adoption.
  • Configure the system to match business requirements and system design.
  • Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions.
  • Create and develop workbooks and documentation to support system design.
  • Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within scope.
  • Drive training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.
Qualifications
  • End‑to‑end implementation experience within Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR).
  • Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
  • Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
  • Running workshops (process, design, configuration, test and validate).
  • Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding best practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
  • Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within the Cloud community.
